The FREEWAT Project, after two years of successful activities in the field of water management, has entered the most exciting part of its ambitious scopes. The FREEWAT Consortium is pleased to announce the release of the open source FREEWAT platform v.0.4 through the FREEWAT website (registration is compulsory for statistical purposes)
From 4 till 15 September 2017, INOWAS will organise its second International Summer School on Managed Aquifer Recharge (MAR). This course will be hosted by TU Dresden and takes place in its main campus. IGRAC Researcher Nienke Ansems will be one of the lecturers during the course. Tuition fee, accommodation (on TUD campus), lunch and technical trips will be covered for all selected participants. Application deadline: 15 May 2017.
On 13 and 14 March 2017, a high-level delegation visited the Netherlands for a meeting and site visit on groundwater governance and groundwater monitoring systems, organised by IGRAC and partners. High government officials from several ministries and departments visited IGRAC, UNESCO-IHE, Deltares, Acacia Water and Waternet.
