IGRAC's in-house partner IHE Delft is currently seeking a Professor of Hydrology (1.0 FTE). For this vacant position, IHE Delft seeks a senior professional with broad expertise and experience encompassing surface and subsurface hydrology applied to water resource assessment and development in the Global South. IGRAC participates in symposium on groundwater monitoring in Latin America

On 8-11 April 2018, the 2nd Latin-American Symposium on Monitoring of Groundwater was held in Belo Horizonte, Brazil. Twelve years after the first symposium that resulted in the implementation of monitoring networks on federal and state level, this symposium was organised to discuss monitoring techniques and best practices. IGRAC Researcher Claudia Ruz Vargas was invited to present the Global Groundwater Monitoring Network (GGMN).
